Of course it's a government vehicle and included on his taxes as part of his pay package. Also, citizens voted for the holder of this office to have a state vehicle and driver. Hmm… do you have a link supporting that (bolded above) assertion?

Many employer funded fringe benefits (e.g. medical care insurance subsidies and use of company vehicles) are not considered to be taxable income (included on W-2 or 1099 forms) to the employees.

Note that the tax fraud case was against the Trump organization, not each employee who (was proven to have?) received unreported (taxable) income.

The district attorney in the Rotten Apple loves the downtrodden so much that he lets violent perps out without bail.

So it only makes sense that he would take the subway to court each day so that he can interact with those sweet young gentlemen on a personal basis.
