You clearly dont listen to him any more than you listen to anyone else. He isnt pro Trump . He voted for Hillary. He is opposed to the SC for the same reasons he was opposed to the SC when it was hounding Bill Clinton. What Dirshowitz is, is a thinking liberal. One of the few remaining. Thats why you, the rest of the left and the left wing media dont want to hear what he has to say. You guys are only interested in anti-Trump voices.

No, your judgement sucks. Dershowitz is one of the great legal minds in the country and has been for decades. The fact that you dont care what he has to say says nothing about him and everything about you.

Harvard Law Professor Alan Dershowitz was heavily criticized on Twitter for defending former national security adviser Michael Flynn by saying that “lying to the FBI is not a crime.” Dershowitz thinks the criticism is off-base.

Dershowitz made the controversial statement while appearing on Fox News’ America’s Newsroom with Bill Hemmer on Monday morning.

“I hope the judge understands when he has the case tomorrow that Flynn did not commit a crime by lying,” Dershowitz told Hemmer. “Because the lie has to be material to the investigation. And if the FBI already knew the answer to the question and only asked him the question in order to give him an opportunity to lie, his answer–even if false–was not material to the investigation.”

Here’s [Dershowitz] making an argument about how the law SHOULD be, but concealing it as an argument about what the law IS,” noted criminal defense attorney and legal blogger Ken White. “I agree with tightening the materiality standard for Section 1001. I don’t agree with going on TV and lying about it.”

Others criticized Dershowitz’s reasoning here.
“Dersh trying to claim that lying to the FBI about something they already know about somehow makes it not a crime literally defies logic and credulity,” wrote national security lawyer Bradley P. Moss. “The fact that they knew the truth was how they knew he was lying.”

Former federal prosecutor Renato Mariotti went on to accuse Dershowitz of planned deception.

“Dershowitz often misleads the public through sleight of hand like this,” he tweeted. His deceptive phrases are so carefully worded that I’m convinced he is deliberately deceiving people.”

In response to a question, Dershowitz expressed disappointment in the polarization and partisanship in the media and society, using his own experiences as examples. So you obtusely lurch into a polarizing, partisan, and ad hom rant about Dershowitz, confirming his point.
And Dershowitz is not even a conservative but a life-long liberal.

My advice, rather than showing Dershowitz how spot on he is, why don't you actually address his observations and judgement? You either agree that there is polarization in media and society, or you don't. You either welcome it, or you don't.

Is that too difficult for an anti-Trumper?

Alan Dershowitz has long been a Liberal and supported the Liberal cause. He is however a person who believes that the Law must be distributed equally and fairly. The Progressive Marxist Socialist Democrat Left has used and is using it to further their illegal and criminal cause. What he has exposed by his appearances on TV is the two levels of justice created by the PMS/DSA politicians in D.C.
Justice to the PMS/DSA has now become 'Just US', they virtually now can openly kill American citizens who oppose them.

Alright, I will concede that. I dont use Twitter so I am not familiar with any exchanges that take place there. That said, I still find it unlikely that CNN removed him for that reason.

Dershowitz is wrong according to how the law is prosecuted, but he's not wrong in that it's bad law.

I used to get a lot more attention as well. Sure, not from CNN, but in general. It's like I gotta demand attention these days. If I don't people will just go on with whatever they're interested in.

That said, OJ was acquitted. I suspect a large part of that had to do with the blunder of the prosecution asking him to put on the glove...
