There doesnt seem to be much that's more dangerous than a rejected or jealous man. Or just an angry man. That story hasnt changed since prehistoric times.

If you look at history, men have always been violent and always wiped out their families and competitor males. In other countries with fewer laws re: violence and gender equality, that violence is still very common. (I cant say it's not very common here in the US either).

IMO civilization needs to advance to the point where men learn to handle their emotions and stop abusing and killing other people because they cant.

There were at least two guys in my county who came home from a night of cheating that their woman let them go to sleep and then shot them in the head.

Our criminal justice system needs to be focused more on achieving justice for the victims of those who are incarcerated.
The quality of life of those who are imprisoned should be no more than what the collective means of those imprisoned are capable of providing.
The cost to taxpayers should extend only to the construction of the facility and the wages paid those to run it.
Prisons, and life within them should be the last place in the world anyone would want to be, and those who serve less than life sentences should leave them with great fear of returning.
I have no problem with a death penalty for those who during the commission of a crime in which they were a participant, results in the loss of a life.
Execution should simply be carried out by anesthetizing, followed by blood-letting.

The spending on our prison systems could/should be redirected to our school systems.
