I love the legal analysis by AtA, as usual.
 
And a stupid judge convicted him for having "flashing lights" on his car when the state law clearly means auto-flashing lights, not the act of manually flashing one's headlights on/off like he did. I guess that's why they say anyone who represents themselves in court has a fool for a client, but in this case maybe the fines he got were less than what a lawyer would've cost.

They appealed the "flashing lights" conviction and won.
 
Yep, if a cop can't stand being laughed at he should find another job.
 
Wow. That cop is a piece of ****ing trash. That got my blood boiling a little bit. He is the kind of bitch you want to meet with his badge off.
