COVID-19 Cases Are Surging Again in Many Countries

After crushing it for a couple months, new cases are going up in Europe. It looks like even a modest re-opening quickly causes cases to boil over.
At least the death rates are staying down as treatment techniques improve and elderly people are protected.
It’s obvious that we shouldn’t let up. The only way to keep cases and deaths down is to rigorously maintain social distancing/mask precautions.
