Can you argue your position without politics?

A federal judge has ruled in favor of a public university that removed a Christian student from its graduate program in school counseling over her belief that homosexuality is morally wrong.

this article's opening statement is false. the school removed the student for failing to adhere to the ACA code of Ethics. i believe the school had every right to remove her. thoughts?

maybe this should be moved to education?

If this:

The university contended she violated school policy and the American Counseling Association code of ethics.
Is reason for expulsion, then yes... they did the right thing. Regardless of what her reasons were, she violated school policy and the ACA code of ethics.
