Yes folks, another criminal, apprehended in the War on Drugs, has met her match, courtesy of the Salem Witchcraft ....... err, I mean the US criminal court system. I hope she gets what is coming to her - Not her sentence, but the big fat joint a sympathetic person is bound to send her, after writing a big fat nasty letter to the courts.

We don't need no stinkin' Federal Nanny. We need the a$$holes to leave people alone, and start catching real criminals. bin Laden would be a good start.

Article is here.

This reminds me of the case of renowned author Peter McWilliams, who suffered from AIDS and cancer, and needed medical marijuana to cope with the nausea his various medications caused.
He died in 2000, choking to death on his own vomit while out on bond pending sentencing for possession.
