CNN)A secret court case apparently about a grand jury subpoena from special counsel Robert Mueller's investigation gained a little more clarity Tuesday night after a court ruling revealed the subpoena challenger is an unnamed company owned by a foreign country.

The Justice Department had asked the company to turn over "information" about its commercial activity in a criminal investigation and a federal appeals court is forcing the unnamed company to comply with the subpoena.

The quote did state COMPANY not Cororation. Corp could be Corp or LLC. Company is neither. I had wondered if the dbas of the Russians renting social media might be the target.

It's a state-owned foreign financial institution with operations in the U.S. My bet is Deutsche Bank, the only bank that will loan DJT money & which is infamous for laundering Russian money. So I agree with Rexedgar's conclusion. It was discussed on Ari Melber's show on MSNBC tonight & Germany kept coming up as one of the target's homes.
