I think the pompous statements put out by this company made me more sympathetic to the cheaters. Are all tech firms so far up their own arses ?I liked X&Y and some songs before that album. I haven't heard much of the newer material.

Sure but since it's a club there's no way to discern between who's good and who's terrible, they all get gigs regardless. it's why even when they've ****ed up just short of criminality CEO's get to resign vs being fired with cause. It's a club. A clurb.Probably.

I don't necessarily disagree with you in general that people's private lives shouldn't be a consideration for their company. However in this case they are both the chief officers of the company, she is the lead HR person for the org. That creates a super bad look. On that basis one or both needed to resign. I agree they shouldn't resign for having an affair, that's not our business.Frankly, I didn't see anything here they SHOULD have resigned over.
This was between CEO guy and his wife. As long as he was producing for the shareholders, no one should have cared.
