Handwashing, mask-wearing and social distancing may still be critical, even as potential vaccines roll out.

I don't think that the bulk of the people to be vaccinated understand this. Educating the populace once was tough enough; doing it all over again will be even more difficult as the vaccinated people assume that they are invulnerable to the virus & can skip the other bits of personal hygiene.
