Lich and Barber are each charged with counselling to commit mischief. Barber is also charged with counselling to disobey a court order and counselling to obstruct police.

The conservatives would have used that law on the BLM protesters and the organizers of the protest.

I don't want that law here in the US.

I also don't want all those who were involved with the insurrection to be brought to proper justice. Not the probation and couple weeks in prison a lot have gotten thus far.

I would also like to see the organizers of the insurrection brought to justice. I hope the DOJ is investigating all this but we have not heard anything from them that they are going to bring the organizers of the insurrection to justice.
