Very interesting take on conspiracy theories and your beliefs, and who you surround yourself with and your chances of believing in conspiracy theories.
 
Sunstein is the guy who co-authored a paper encouraging the government to infiltrate groups to prevent the spread of conspiracy theories and to use people outside government for the same purpose. If one were to phrase this in a more honest manner, then we would say he is encouraging government to infiltrate dissident groups or contract people to infiltrate them so they can more effectively manage perceptions of government and its policies.
