The real story here is not the police report itself, because it most likely doesnt contain enough evidence to make a case. The story is about how Congresswoman Heather Wilson (R-NM) removed the file, and had it transferred to her own Albuquerque office, where the report went missing. After denying that she had removed the document, she admitted doing so just days later. Also, she happens to not only be on the House Page Board, but is also on Congressional Missing and Exploited Children's caucus.

Article is here, along with images of the police report, which has now been found.

So let me get this straight, a kid got nervous when this man accidentally touched his butt, while grabbing for another slice of pizza........

And now this rag wants to ruin a woman who tried to hide this embarrasing accusations, and possible misunderstanding?

There was an allegation which should have been investigated, as ALL allegations should be (especially involving children), and she buried it. The result is that an investigation did not proceed. I might add that the investigation would probably have cleared her husband, but her act of making the police report disappear obstructed justice.

No it didn't, the boy went to authorities, and they found no reason to pursue it, that is what I have gathered. How could she be obstructing justice, that is absurd, she does not control the police department?

That is not true at all. The police who made the report turned it over to the prosecutor's office, because it is the prosecutor who makes that decision, not the police. It was from the prosecutor's office the report suddenly disappeared.

Again, I do not see where it says she took it from the prosecutor's office?

I would think that someone would be arrested for breaking in to a prosecutor's office, no matter who they were?

OK, I wont argue over which office. Here is a quote:

In 1995, just three days into her tenure as Secretary of the New Mexico Children, Youth and Families Department, Wilson removed a routine working file alleging that her husband had engaged in inappropriate contact with a minor. The file was then transferred to the department's attorney in her own Albuquerque office, where it soon went missing.

You will note that this was a routine working file, not something that had already been dismissed. Next item:

In that video, also uncovered by Raw Story, Wilson is seen flatly denying ordering the removal of the document. The Congresswoman ultimately admitted to doing so in a press conference just days later.

Note that she LIED about it before admitting it a few days later.

O.k, she lied, I think she has suffered enough.

Really? If it was regular guys like you and me, do you think we would get off so easily? She needs to be prosecuted.

For what, lying?

1) "Disappearing" the file is obstruction.

2) If lying is good enough to go after Clinton for, then I dont see how it shouldnt be good enough to go after her for.

Had the police file "disappeared" then yes, but it obviously has not, your link found it! And Clinton lied to a Grand Jury, not to the press.

1) The file I linked to WAS the police report, which had been "disappeared" then found years later by Raw.

2) Are you trying to tell me that, if Clinton had not lied to the Grand Jury, but only stuck to lying to the American people, he should have gotten off???? You Clinton supporters really irk me.:mrgreen::mrgreen::mrgreen:

How did she get in to the records room at the police station, was it a Watergate sort of conspiracy, or did she just waltz in and out?

Ask her. She is the one who admitted doing it after lying about it for a week.
