Congressmen ask U.S. Attorney’s Office to investigate Clinton for perjury

Apparently not to Hillary supporters. It's a witch hunt I tell you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The vast right wing conspiricy knows no bounds.

Comey testified under oath there were classified emails on her server, Hillary said there weren't.

Who are you going to believe? It can't be both.

This things has been hashed.....rehashed.....rerehashed.....rererehashed and rerererehashed. It reeks of desperation. Republicans tend to keep searching for things that aren't there....maybe they are better off searching for another blowjob....nah....they'll probably just try to rehash Benghazi for the 15, 632nd time.

Oh, the GOP came up with something else to investigate. I wonder how much the conspiracy will grow when nothing comes out it.

It is much more than 3 documents.

Go back and listen to Comey say how many emails contained classified or confidential information at the time she sent them.

Right, but they weren't marked. They were products of possibly classified discussions. Showing she KNEW they were classified is the problem, legally speaking.

The presence of classified emails on Clinton's server wasn't definitely known until last weeks Comey findings were released.

The classified headings had been stripped, but paragraphs in the emails that were classified had the (C) designation preceding the paragraph.

yawn........please come up with something new. You guys just keep rehashing the same old crap and expect different results. You are always so "shocked" that those different results never come. Perhaps you guys would have had better luck just coming up with a better candidate. Ya think?

Not all the paragraphs. We are talking about a couple paragraphs buried down in three emails out of tens of thousands.

It is entirely possible, even probable, that Hillary didn't read the entirety of every email she received.

Look, I think the server was very reckless and it is one of many reasons I won't be voting for her. But to prove perjury they have to prove she lied about those emails and wasn't just wrong about them.

Those 3 emails you mention were part of the 30,000 that her attorneys deleted. The FBI was only able to reconstruct a small number of those 30,000, so we really don't know how many of those deleted emails contained classified data.

True. Do I personally believe they contained classified information? Absolutely. But that won't cut it in a perjury charge.

State: Some classified markings in Clinton emails were 'human error' - POLITICO

Some of you guys really suck at consuming information.

This has been known for a week now.

And as I've said numerous times now...

Of those three -improperly marked - classified, they could have been sent via US mail with a No. 10 envelope and simple first class postage stamp -- that's it. delivery via USPS and 45 cent stamp.Even with the proper classified markings - if they had been classified as (c) Confidential ...

Per the law.

Mighty secure, eh?

Comey's findings were new.

Not really....same old bull ****...despite their repeated attempts to refer to everything as "new information". The fact that they kept referring to everything as "new information" was the first clue that their talking points were an attempt to try to convince people that it wasn't just regurgitated garbage.....a failed attempt however.

Then you never read the Freedom Of Information Act.

She used the server for official business as a government official/employee.

She destroyed how many emails prior to approval?

All old information that has been rehashed over and over. What is it about you guys that you think if you just keep raising the same garbage you might get different results the 1457th time?

Perhaps you should have chosen a better candidate for your party....you might get better traction that way.

The, "improperly marked", lie is getting traction.

This is why it's useless talking to CEC bubble dwellers.

They live in a totally different reality.
