Multiple GOP members of Congress are unabashedly rebuking Trump and his refusal to heed the input of his own Administration's top intel community officials and advisors.

And this recent spate of divergence isn't the first:

Simply put, neither Donald nor Lou know more than the generals, and Republican senators have finally found the balls to say so, albeit tacitly.

Senators aren't the president, so he can go ahead and tell them to zip it.

What should we expect from a man who says, only I can fix it? He's fixing things so good his party is starting to drift away from him.

Congressional GOP-ers, particularly senators, aren't "starting" to drift away from him; they're merely less reticent about publicly showing disapprobation of him.

Funny how many of the same people that would call Bush a war criminal for Iraq, gave precisely 2 craps about Obama bombing 7 different countries and are beside themselves at the audacity of Trump for wanting to end this stupid and pointless intervention. I wonder how many criticizing Trump over him doing this were cheering on Obama doing the exact same thing against the advice of the Generals on the ground many of whom correctly identified the consequences of him doing so (For the record, I believe Obama did the correct thing regardless of the consequences just as Trump is doing the correct thing now)
