I love their seemingly bi-partisan solution: Withhold $5 for every $4 tax assessed. A Democrat and Republican who agree. Be still my beating heart!!

let me follow this to its natural conclusion....

Karzai's government implements the tax regardless, congress follows through with with holding the aid, Karazai's government defended eventually collapses (like before), Taliban and Alqaida wins!

Congress you are brilliant! Burn thousands of dollars to save buck!
