What are your feelings regarding the display and waving of the Confederate Flag? What do you think it stands for?


Personally, I think that it stands for the South's dark past in slavery. I mean that is what it originally stood for, so I don't see how it's meaning could change over the years to "Southern Heritage".

Start reading the thread "Nazi Flag". located in the "1st Amendment" section under "Constitution of the United States". We've had this discussion for a couple of days....
 
I didn't realize that the Nazi flag discussion had turned into a Confederate flag discussion. Could someone close this thread...can I close the thread...
