I didn't notice the rest of the World requesting USA Global Leadership and I don't think we run the USA well enough to deserve such leadership. You allude to broad statements that require specific narrow answers and do not follow through.

I didn't notice that anyone requesting me suggest this, nor I have more deserve than anyone else to do so. Now we live in an electoral process in the United States and the American people have the opportunity to assume such leadership, just as other Nations it will taking in each electoral process.

These specific narrow answers need first to be creative and constructive actions to then be able to be more persuasive, conclusive and coherent.

What I suggest is that already it’s time and urgent (primarily by climate and environmental threat) to take the next step in the advancement of democracy, through a rationalization of public expenditure by replacing its discretionary management of the rulers by citizen consensus and participation, potentialzing the community or voluntary work.
