This is interesting. The Ambassador is a professional diplomat who has been in Washington for five years. Here are some of his thoughts and observations.

Exit interview with Danish ambassador Peter Taksoe-Jens

After five years as Denmark’s ambassador to the U.S., Peter Taksøe-Jensen is handing in the keys to the embassy and heading to a new diplomatic post. But before he checked out, we checked in to get his take on the best of Washington and his home country.
What’s next for you?
I’m going on a five-week road trip. I’ll be driving and my wife will be navigating. We’re going to Kentucky, Nashville, the Mississippi Delta — I’m a big fan of American music so seeing the birthplace of blues is exciting. Then Arkansas… Route 66, Sante Fe to California to LA, then Yosemite, then some of the national parks…and then we’ll head east to New York. The U.S. is one of the most beautiful countries I’ve ever visited. . . .

He's a diplomat, his job is to lie for his country......
