In our country and others too, the government tells that who can be the president and who cannot. i.e. eliminates from the election list according to their interest.

Finally, we should select our president from their list!

So, let's say "Comic Democracy" instead of "Democracy"

I don't understand what the topic is about.

The topic is about that, in democracy definition, peoples should can vote any body who they interest but actually, they only can vote peoples from a list not every body.
Suppose your desired president isn't in that list (candidates list) because the government don't like him.

So, the current world democracy can be called "Comic Democracy", A "Classic Comic Democracy" which laugh me better than Charlie Chaplin ;)
