More and more obvious that the Witch Hunt completely disregarded its OWN PROCEDURES, as well as Miranda and OTHER RIGHTS, as its desperate gambit to "GET TRUMP, NO MATTER WHAT" also becomes more obvious:

Comey admits decision to send FBI agents to interview Flynn was not standard

Former FBI Director James Comey admitted in a recent interview that he personally made the decision to send a pair of agents to interview President Trump’s national security adviser Michael Flynn in 2017, and acknowledged the arrangement was not typical for dealing with a White House official.Asked to describe how two FBI agents ended up at the White House to interview Flynn in January 2017, Comey, speaking to MSNBC’s Nicolle Wallace during a forum discussion Sunday, said flatly: “I sent them.”

Comey went on to acknowledge the way the interview was set up – not through the White House counsel’s office, but arranged directly with Flynn – was not standard practice. He called it “something I probably wouldn't have done or maybe gotten away with in a more … organized administration.”
Describing how it is usually done, Comey said, “If the FBI wanted to send agents into the White House itself to interview a senior official, you would work through the White House counsel, and there would be discussions and approvals and who would be there.”

Recalling his decision to bypass those steps, Comey said, “I thought: ‘It’s early enough, let’s just send a couple guys over.’”

Yes!! To hell with the rights of individuals, when the POINT IT TO "GET TRUMP".

LYING to an Adminstration official, deliberately ignoring protocol.

We'll be lucky if Flynn doesn't wind up successfully SUING the GRAND BUFFOON for $MILLIONS for prosecutorial misconduct...which WOULD NOT BE A FIRST FOR THE BUFFOON, BTW.... $millions we will have to pay...again.

He wasn't under arrest at the time. Miranda is irrelevant. Flynn's rights were simply not violated, nor have you demonstrated otherwise.

Thanks for admitting you have no idea what you're talking about.

Again.

Comey ignored the FBI's own procedures, and McCabe admits in his OWN MEMO that HE LIED TO SET FLYNN UP, and convinced him that he didn't need an attorney.

This is a BLATANT abuse of power, but , since it was to "GET TRUMP" it's fine with the left.

Imagine if the Bush Adm. had done this crap to the incoming Obama Adm. members...after SPYING on them during the election cycle.

Irrelevant to the fact that his rights were not violated, and you cannot demonstrate that they were.

Wompity womp womp womp.

He was DELIBERATELY LIED TO, to prevent him from bringing an attorney.

The same SLIMEBALLS who ignored/bent the law to COVER FOR HILLARY , ignored/bent the law to SET UP FLYNN, to "GET TRUMP"...not surprisingly....

He could have had an attorney any time he wanted one, but that's quite irrelevant to the fact that his rights were not violated, and you cannot demonstrate that they were.

Wompity womp womp womp.

Yet another easy win.

Are we going to yell investigation? On this too?

What is with? The misplaced question? Mark?

Anyway, what exactly should be investigated? Police lie to suspects all the time to try to trip them up, and they also try to get them speaking in a situation courts have called "non-custodial." These are some of their main tools.

Be honest. You don't give a fraction of a **** about government agents playing fair with respect to suspected criminals. All you really care about is that the suspected criminal was an R next to Trump. If someone is tricked by police lies into admitting that they're a drug dealer or illegal immigrant, you won't be shedding any tears. The only difference between those situations and this is the apparent partisanship of your (second-hand) position.

Ignorance of the law is no defense....he knew he was being interviewed, he decided not to bring an attorney...its all been debunked, but you refuse to understand.

So? Therefore, the unsuspecting former CIA director did what any former CIA director would do, and understandably lied through his teeth in order to hide his illicit conduct, never suspecting that lying to the FBI this way might be, um, wrong?

Being deliberately lied to so as to convince you to not exercise your Constitutional right to have an attorney present during questioning sure as hell is:

"Although Flynn and his attorneys stopped short of any direct accusations of wrongdoing, they took pains to note that Flynn, unlike other defendants in Mueller's investigation, was not informed that it was against the law to lie to the FBI. They suggest the FBI, which approached Flynn at the White House just days after Trump's inauguration, played to his desire to keep the encounter quiet by telling him the quickest way to get the interview done was for him to be alone with the agents — rather than involve lawyers. "

It seems at every point the democrats open investigation. So why haven’t any hearing been conducted?

So the NOT NORMAL interviewing procedure was organised by trump's FORMER friend Michael Flynn.

And yet after re-reading this piece of crap from Faux News, I didn't read anything that suggested Comey did anything ILLEGAL.

Nice try trumpsters. But you FAIL AGAIN.

Flynn broke the law!

LOCK HIM UP! LOCK HIM UP! LOCK HIM UP!

Comey admits he "could not believe we got away with it", referring to the DECEPTION(s) used to convince Flynn to forfeit his Constitutional rights....Flyyn felt that the Obama Swamp KGB-FBI/DOJ leadership should be TRUSTWORTHY...before we learned about COMEY/McCabe/STRZOK/PAGE/OHR/WEINSTIEN/ etc, etc.

Wow, you're really going with Trump's "The government should be run like a crime family" message eh?

Flynn lied, plain and simple. Flynn decided not to bring a lawyer. Flynn knew that lying to the FBI was wrong.

You keep flogging this baloney, and it looks more and more hilarious each time.

Yep, Flynn acted like an idiot. Seems like a lot of people who get near Trump suffer from this affliction, doesn't it?

Flynn is a criminal. He is more than a criminal. He was a Turkish bagboy, trying to use Turkish vigilantism against an old ass man in Saylorsburg PA.

**** Flynn, and Trump, and the entire cartel of illicit plebian scum this douchebag POTUS has installed.

The house of cards is quickly crashing.
