There seems to be a disconnect between the idea that God “loves everyone and has a plan for them” and the idea that he will punish eternally those who don’t make the right choice in this short life.

1 cor 13
4 Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. 5 It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. 6 Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. 7 It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.

There are many who actually believe that a person “would have” been saved had their time not runout on earth. And they say “they had their chance”

There seems to be a huge contradiction in the ideas of keeping no record of wrongs, and always persevering, and yet eternally punishing.

This is the agape love being referenced in the passage above.

Jehovah God is love...but He will not tolerate wrongdoing forever...He has set a time limit and it will not be late...

"For the vision is yet for its appointed time,
And it is rushing toward its end, and it will not lie.
Even if it should delay, keep in expectation of it!
For it will without fail come true.
It will not be late!" Habakkuk 2:3
