His opining on CNN radio that no matter what, ..most americans believe that Bush's presidency will be seen as a failure, irrespective of anything he does.

NO Bill, ...what YOU are saying is that you HOPE most American's will see it as a failure in a lame as.s attempt so that you can personnally help advance the liberal democrats in 08'. ;)
