She definitely should. That way she could quit AGAIN and run for President. :doh
When did it become the job of the president to take care of our country?
Democrats in '00, swiftboaters in '04.
:rofl:rofl:rofl:rofl
This is exactly why we keep electing the worst people possible. People like you settle for mediocrity.
ROTFLMAO :rofl
Bad candidates in 2000 and 2004...............
September 17, 1787
But you were happy with the way Bush took care of our country.
Results?
Bush presided over the worst attack on US soil in history.
Bush started a costly war in Iraq when Iraq was not a threat to our security.
Bush left the economy in shambles.
Bush doubled the debt.
Yeah those are results you can be proud of.
Even worse than the liberal Republican that party nominated?
You really do live in your own little dream world don't you? :rofl
It was growth fueled by debt. The recession was caused by the democrats taking control of congress? You have to be kidding. :rofl
It is obvious you have been brainwashed, so I am done here. I can not debate ignorance.
1. Clinton was to busy with Monica to worry about security
2. Everyone was for taking out Saddam when they thought he had WMD.
3. The economy is 10 times worse now.
4. Obama has tripled it in a year.............
Correct so far.
Obama and Bush tripled the deficit, Bush decided to invade Iraq because god told him to, and Rummy said it would all be over in less than six months.
What a team. Aren't you glad that the president is limited by the Constitution as to what damage they can cause? Just imagine what we would have if the pres really were a king.
Yes Obama has almost destroyed this country in one year......at least it took Bush 8.........
DenverGreg;1058576566]That's really funny.
Bush inherited a country at peace that had the first budget surplus in years. He created the biggest deficit ever up to that time. He ignored warnings from the Clinton admin about El Qaeda. He invaded a foreign country on false pretenses and that invasion began a quagmire. He subverted the Constitution, brought ultra-partisanship into all government agencies, bungled the response to Hurricane Katrina, and those are only the things I can think of off the top of my head.
Obama inherited the worst economy in 70 years, a healthcare system in crisis, two wars, and all sorts of other problems. It's true that the economy continues to be bad and that a lot of other problems remain unsolved. But saying Obama is worse than Bush is a complete joke
Please tell us where you get your information, there was no budget surplus when you remove SS which shouldn't be on budget anyway.
Clinton signed the Iraq Liberation Act that called for the removal of Saddam Hussein.
Seems the further we get from Clinton the more people distort his record. Unfortunately he was an opportunity lost.
People who supported Clinton shouldn't be talking about Bush circumventing the Constitution. It is a violation of the Constitution for the President of the United States to break the laws regarding lying under oath.
Please tell me what Obama did as a Senator and how he isn't just as responsible for the mess as Bush? You seem to be out of touch with reality and buy what you are told by the media. Please do some research and get the facts.
=DenverGreg;1058576654]It is generally recognized by nearly everyone that there was a budget surplus when Clinton left office. Your position is a fringe view. I'm not going to waste time rebutting it.
Even if true, so what? He didn't launch the invasion/quagmire.
I have never defended Clinton's lying about Lewinski. However, he did not institute unconstitutional wiretaps, kidnap and torture prisoners, or throw people in prison for years without trials. If you think Clinton's tryst with Lewinski is worse, then that's your right. I would strongly disagree with that, however.
Again, we were already in the throes of this economic crisis BEFORE OBAMA TOOK POWER. How in the world could he be equally responsible for things that took place BEFORE HE CAME TO OFFICE? Was he using microwaves to control the brain of Bush? It wouldn't surprise me if you thought that because it seems in line with your other views.
No, my view comes from the U.S. Treasury Dept. website which is the checkbook of the United States. You ought to get the facts vs. buying what "everyone" else tells you. Check out where that surplus came from, use of SS funds. Was that the intent of SS funds?

"Quagmire"? Right out of the leftwing manual. Check out the Democratic quotes which led up to the war in Iraq. These are the people that had the same intelligence information as Bush. The Senate was under control of the Democrats and voted 76-23 in favor of the war, supported the war until the war turned south and even remained negative as Bush turned the tide and won the war. Obama has adopted the Bush doctrine in Iraq and the Bush Secretary of Defense.
Neither did Bush, but that isn't what the leftwing is going to tell you. Had Bush done what you and the left claimed, why wasn't he impeached? Democrats preferred to have the talking points to the facts.
You really don't know how our govt. works, do you? obama was in the Senate when the housing crisis bubble burst. He and the Democrats prevented Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac oversight rules to be even debated. Barney Frank and Chris Dodd did more damage to the financial institution along with Obama and his ties to ACORN than Bush ever could or did.
Obama Caught in a Major ACORN Lie - Big Government
My views are backed by facts, yours are backed by opinions.

Get off the left wing moveon.org talking points..they are old and stale.....come up with something new...........

DenverGreg;1058576932]Boy, this is fun. Page 20 of the document you sent to me clearly shows that there was a surplus in 1998, 1999 and 2000. Perhaps you should read documents more carefully before you send out links to them. The front page of the Congressional Budgeting Office also clearly shows the same thing. (Congressional Budget Office - Home Page). I understand that you may not agree with the way the government keeps its statistics, but it is a fact that by official gov't statistics, there was a surplus for Clinton's last few years in office. Sorry, your view is fringe.
I did not support the war at any point, as the aims for it did not make sense.
It has not been remotely worth the lives and treasure it's cost. The American public originally supported it because they were told there were WMD there and even that Saddam Hussein might be behind it. As the reality became clear, people changed their minds about the war. Bush's Secretary of Defense, Rumsfeld, bungled the war for 6 years. Bush finally replaced him with someone competent when Dems won big in 2006, and Bush knew he was going to be out.
This is hysterical. Some Democrats tried very hard to impeach Bush, but they were in the minority for most of his time in office. Just because he wasn't impeached doesn't mean he didn't deserve it.
Wow, do you even know how you sound? You disagree with me, so I don't know anything about how the gov't works and all of my views are based on opinions and not facts. What a joke!
Yes, I'm sure that Obama had more impact on the economy while serving as a junior senator than Bush did while president of the United States.http://www.debatepolitics.com/images/smilies/icon_rolleyes.gif
That makes so much sense. Now that Obama's out of the Senate, which junior senator is running the economy now?
And you say that I don't know anything about how the gov't works...[/
Why? Those are FACTS! You seem to see only what you want to see. I have some reservations about your ability to understand anything other than the GOP "talking points"...
If Obama's policies fail, will the left finally admit that this crap doesn't work and consider options different from they've pushed for the last 40 years?
