Well, JFK had a definite problem keeping it zipped, dispite his nasty health.
In addition to keeping Jackie pregnant(although two of her babies died), he had Marilyn and Judith Exner.

The fact is that the media didn't report these Presidential "affairs", because IT'S NOBODY'S BUSINESS.
