SBA - Incident occurred before the Obama presidency (2003-2005); lawsuit only came about in February 2008 nearly 1 year before Obama's inauguration.

EPA - Acted alone - no indication of WH connection.

VA - a "culture of mishaps" when taken into account staffers who were charged with adhering to records retention and destruction protocol were constantly pulled from their assigned duties and in their hast to drill through the backlog hastily destroyed medical claims, letters and other documents as well. No WH connection; just stupid in-house recordkeeping/maintenance.

ObamaCare Rollout - chalked up to slopping record keeping; no WH connection.

The CIA IG accidentally their copy not the only copy. Given that almost everything is drafted electronically I'd find it very hard to believe that only one copy of a 6200 page document that took lots of effort to put together exists.
