What does it take to be put on the terrorist watch list?
1. A single "tip" - basically from anyone.
2. Someone on the terror watch list calling you - even if you were dialed by mistake.
3. An interview from federal authorities in which you exercise your right to remain silent or speak to an attorney.
4. Any one of the unknown numbers of people who have the ability to put someone on the list who doesn't like you.
You will never be notified you are on the list. You have no statutory right to appeal if you somehow find out.
What Christie did is declare he totally despises due process of law and the Bill of Rights, to instead prefer a totalitarian and secret police state - in his campaign to prove he is anti-gun, favors a federal government of unlimited and unchecked power, all to go along with his continuous anti-Republican rants.
