Attacking jews would be racist. Where as attacking islamic faith or christian belief systems is just demonstrating intelligence in the face of superstition.People who would never attack Jews or Muslims for fear of being labeled anti-semiotic or Islamophobes will openly attack Christians.

Choice and "free will' are two different constructs. Free will was invented by the early Roman Catholic theologians to prop up the weak Genesis story. It has been a pillar of Christianity since, but never proven. I was having a discussion about this with another poster but they ran away from producing a rational argument when asked. Can you?Free will.
The Bible predicts that this will happen.
We are all bigots. Think about it.It's not accepted except by those who are bigots. Think about it.
I think this is more of a Christian persecution complex.People who would never attack Jews or Muslims for fear of being labeled anti-semiotic or Islamophobes will openly attack Christians.

Because such things never happened by the time the bible was written, right? The Bible predicts that this will happen.
I admit, I am quite bigoted against decaf coffee. Coffee must be kept pure and strong. Does that make me a decafophobe? We are all bigots. Think about it.
Oh, that's easy. Because you insist on trying to make all of us live by your religious principles.People who would never attack Jews or Muslims for fear of being labeled anti-semiotic or Islamophobes will openly attack Christians.

Christianity is idiotic, just as idiotic as Islam and Judeaism and every other religion.
/threadAt this point of time, far right Christians have got themselves heavily involved in trying to control politics. That makes them fair game for those who don't like their politics, and that is how it should be. Politics and religion should be kept well apart. If they were, most people would be perfectly happy to let others enjoy their religion without comment. I know personally that watching religious politicians and lobby groups trying to take control of my life to comply with their fairy story beliefs triggers a pretty strong response, and I have been extremely religiously tolerant for my entire life.
Maybe because I've never had a jew or a muslim come to my door trying to save me? Another reason, 'christians' are stepping over the line bringing their religion into politics. Do you see jews or muslims pushing their religions in government claiming america is a jewish or muslim nation? How many times have we heard people claim america is a christian nation?People who would never attack Jews or Muslims for fear of being labeled anti-semiotic or Islamophobes will openly attack Christians.

Just as luckily, we don't have to believe what you do no matter how much christians try to force their religious beliefs down others throats.Lucky for Americans, they have the complete, and unfettered freedom not to follow what you deem as the "idiotic beliefs".

Christians and their theology affect our lives and so are relevant. This is also why you rarely hear anyone attacking Buddhism or Shintoism.People who would never attack Jews or Muslims for fear of being labeled anti-semiotic or Islamophobes will openly attack Christians.

They DO, and I have the complete and unfettered freedom to call there beliefs idiotic.Lucky for Americans, they have the complete, and unfettered freedom not to follow what you deem as the "idiotic beliefs".
There's nothing bigoted about opposing theologies and behaviors based in theologies. It's not accepted except by those who are bigots. Think about it.
I'm speaking to you as a christian, not as trix. This is not personally about me. Try to focus.
