She is responsible for their deaths but the murders were caused by those who did the actual killing. and I believe at least one of the fathers of the two snipers, killed in Somalia trying to protect WO Michael Durant (pilot of one of the downed Black Hawk helicopters) blamed Clinton for his son's death.

Mrs. Smith is not the only parent who had a child murdered by the Muslim savages at Benghazi on that night of September 11 to call Mrs. Clinton a liar. Tyrone Woods was one of the two Navy SEALS who purposely ran to the sound of the guns, and were killed early the next morning as they fought heroically against the jihadists. His father, a lawyer, says much the same thing as Mrs. Smith--that Clinton lied to his face about the reason for the attack. I remember her standing by those coffins, shedding a crocodile tear as she talked about the dead ambassador. "Chris," she kept calling him, as if he had been her close friend.

As an aside, can it really have been hard to predict that eastern Libya would be a dangerous place for any American on that September 11? That June, in Pakistan, a U.S. drone had killed Abu Yahya al-Libi, a Libyan who had been the number two man in Al Qaeda. On September 10, Ayman al-Zawahiri, who with Bin Laden's death had become the leader of that jihadist group, in a statement on a jihadist website the U.S. knew well and monitored, called for jihadists to avenge al-Libi. Where could anyone think that revenge was more likely to be attempted than in Libya?

On the eve of September 11, then, the leader of Al Qaeda called for revenge against the U.S. for having killed a Libyan who was his second-in-command; the State Dept. knew American government employees were at a poorly secured compound in the main city in Eastern Libya; the U.S. had long known that part of Libya was a hotbed for jihad, with many of the foreign jihadists captured fighting in Iraq having come from there; all summer, U.S. drones had been watching jihadist activity in and around Derna, a city a hundred miles of so east of Benghazi; and the ambassador and other U.S. officials knew there had been several other attacks against Westerners in Benghazi that summer, at least one directed against the same compound, and had repeatedly asked for more security.

Yet despite all this information--all these alarming signs--we are supposed to believe that neither this president nor his Secretary of State, the chief instigators of the military campaign that by September had Qaddafi hanging on by a thread and Libya in chaos, had any reason for concern about the safety of Americans at the consulate in Benghazi. Not even the basic precaution was taken of making sure one of the drones at the site where the reconnaissance flights over Derna originated was always armed with a couple Hellfire missiles. As it turned out, an alert military official quickly diverted a drone from Derna, and it arrived at Benghazi only a couple hours after the first signs of trouble. It was the only U.S. aircraft ever over the scene of the attacks that night in Benghazi, and it might well have put an end to them. After an antitank missile had blown up some of the rats attacking the compound, it's very unlikely the rest would have stuck around to wait for their turn. But because this drone was unarmed, it could do nothing but watch as Americans were murdered by Islamist savages.

They cant talk about what they did, about how they were not good enough to get the job done. There is some serious anger in Amerca, and then anger that we are not allowed to talk about our anger.

I wonder if the DNC is more worried about losing their convention to BLM like what happened to Bernie in Seattle when a couple of activists ran him off. They helped create this monster, and now they find they can't control it like they thought.

He knows it's not true because he thinks it's not logically true? wtf?
Ooooooh, because Hillary didn't actually attack the consulate herself.
Not because she ****ed up Libya herself and left Smith and Stevens to deal with her mess by themselves.

Pat Smith also said Hillary lied to her and then called her (Pat) a liar. Was that logically not true according to Chris?

Really, too much over-the-top vitriol-spewing on blatant falsehoods going on at this convention. I suppose we'll see more of the same next week, but I hope not. Trump is a narcissistic jerk, unqualified to be president and with a pot-load of questionable business dealings behind him, but if DNC speakers start accusing him of murder and saying he should go to jail, I'll beat my head on the keyboard and wonder if I really want to be part of the human race anymore.
