Chinese in Total COVID Lockdown Screaming They Are Starving from Windows, People Jumping to Their Deaths

As world governments and major media stand by and say nothing, people in China are even jumping to their deaths while facing starvation during a total lockdown in which people may not leave their apartments for any reason, except medical emergency. The absolute power is based on what the government says is a health threat from COVID, a 99.8% recovery rate virus for which cases are detected by deeply flawed PCR tests.

Even Anthony Fauci said on Dec 29, 2021 that PCR tests are not predictive of contagiousness, or even illness. PCR tests often merely detect a dead fragment of virus from a recovered person. Nevertheless the American media regularly portrays China and elsewhere as “battling” COVID “surges” based on these tests. (PCR test, resources)

India Today reports on April 10th:

“As Covid-19 cases in China’s Shanghai, the one-party government is showing no signs of easing the stringent lockdown it has imposed on the city of 26 million. People in the financial hub are reportedly running out of food, water and other necessities, with many said to be on the brink of starvation.”

FFS, there's nothing here that remotely compares to the situation in China. We learned to live with COVID, in part because scientists did their job to help us get there.

Stop wasting bandwidth with this anti-science shit.

Not only that.

Saw a photo of tied-up bags in Shanghai, each containing a number of cats that are jammed together.

They are to be killed.

*****

Reminded me of how the Nazis jammed Jewish people together in freight cars.

Reminded me of how slaves were jammed together on slave ships.

Human beings, IMHO, are detestable creatures.

LOL if you think it has nothing to do with you, wait until you can't find food or anything else in the stores in 3 months. It's the worlds biggest container port and nothing is moving.

China has "Sinovac", yes?

It's nowhere near as effective against COVID, because it relies on obsolete tech like the J&J vaccine.
It's also not distributed in anywhere near the same numbers as ours were.
China's response to COVID has been mostly lockdowns all along.

Zero Covid has worked as long as local governments stayed vigilant which the Shanghai authorities failed to do. The total lockdowns came too late.

This is exactly why the 2nd amendment is so important in our country.

When a government decides to go to an extreme like this, it has lost all right to lead.

covid, itself, is not bad enough to warrant such measures.

The CCP are friends of Joe Brandon.

Explain how you've been locked in your apartment and how local supermarkets have been shut down for weeks.

Oh that's right - you can't.

In our country due to the lockdowns we just had senior citizens already with co-morbid ailments dying alone, adults turnign to drug and alcohol addictions, and teenagers experiencing depression, anxiety, and in some cases suicide.

All true - won't deny it.

But what should we have done differently? We already had one of the worst outcomes of any developed nation even with restrictions.

yes...we shoudl absolutely have done differently. There was ZERO value in shutting down the schools and killing the economy.

There was no totalitarian takeover in the US. It's all in your imagination. Being told to wear a mask isn't the mark of the beast.
I don't believe I said there was.

I don't think anyone was locked down to the point of starvation in the US.

It's debatable. It's true that children were at lower risk in the initial 6-10 months, but they could still pass the virus to adults in the home.

Ah, the pursuit of power.

The leader of China this year wants to be voted by the party to be be leader for a third term, having removed the two-term limit, as his start on 'president for life'. Two things he was trying to do to get that were claiming to have ended Covid, and to re-take Taiwan, hoping Russia's attack on Ukraine would make that easier. So, he has this brutal policy on Covid, to seek power.

Putin can't stand that Russia has lost power, and when he feels his own power is lessening, attacking others has been his move to build his own power, and so his war on Ukraine is the price Ukraine pays for his seeking more power. It's worked every time and is working so far again. So far.

And, Republicans are seeking power, so the economic global problems caused by China's actions seeking power, and Putin's actions seeking power, Republicans will run on blaming Biden for those economic impacts. Inflation is up, Biden sucks! And sadly polls show that is working, also. And when they win, the country will pay a big price.

The common theme obviously is harm from the seeking of power.

That really is what this comes down to. Xi Jinping is seeking a third term from the CCP congress, which is unprecedented in the post-Mao era.

I lived in Japan when China was more of an up and coming regional power in Asia. This was during the years of Jiang Zemin and Hu Jintao, both of whom were more moderate and wary of doing anything to upset relations with the US or regional neighbors. Xi changed it all, throwing down the gauntlet almost from the start.

One million Americans dead from COVID. But those numbers don't count to the anti-science crowd.

Communists can't help themselves in the end.

Yes, the Chinese vaccine is far less ineffective. I posted a thread from 'ADVPodcasts' about the topic, including the Chinese government's rap song of 'doctors' singing how world leaders are begging to get the Chinese vaccine; and how China requires everyone entering the country to get their vaccine even if already vaccinated by a better one.

Here's an earlier 2020 video on some of the vaccine scandals:

What isnt debatable is the damage done to children NOT in the name of science but in the name of some social agenda. And while its not as dramatic as people jumping from buildings in China, child/teen suicide by other means is still just as horrific.

No it wasn't; it was done to save lives and give healthcare workers a break, which is what people like you don't see. You take things like hospital and doctor visits for granted. You assume that if you get sick, there's a clinic open and there are hospital beds, and that the hospital has enough staff to get you treated. That's the problem with COVID. The people who really paid the price for the pandemic...wasn't you. It was people whose jobs you don't see.

COVID is worse. I won't deny that the pandemic caused mental health suffering - it absolutely did. You're not wrong on that account. But so did COVID deaths. So did COVID hospitalizations. So did "long-haul" COVID.

You're talking to someone who believes that one million COVID deaths are acceptable.

Not to mention the fact that even though CASES are rising...

....USA HOSPITALIZATIONS TODAY are almost as low as they were in the beginning of March 2020...DESPITE a rise in cases.
And as usual, most of the hospitalizations are UNVACCINATED persons.

77% of the population have received at least one dose and 66% have been FULLY VACCINATED.
In California where I live, 79.3% of residents have received at least one dose, and 71.3% are fully vaccinated.
