Nearly posted this in News of the Weird forum but this is just shocking and horrible.

Public humiliation at staff training is common when you have those stupid teambuilding exercises to do in front of each other but this takes public humiliation to a whole new level.

BBC Story here.

So, did the employees fail or did their trainers fail or do you have another point to make?

Comcast could use a lot of that training.

Should I be pleased "Comcast" is nothing to do with us here in Europe?
The name may be different, but most cable TV providers do not do well at customer relations.
Vodafone, Telefónica, ect likely have many complaints.

There's plenty of companies that piss me off for their poor products and services. As a paying customer I ought to have the right to beat their staff too!
