Hi Everyone

Is long time no here for me. Too busy making money :) in the new land of the Free :2razz:

But decide to stop by as we hit you so hard yesterday in your stock market. Last year it was oil prices and now we get you again !!

Actually some people also loose bit of money here but its OK as the market is so strong still.

I dont remember everyones names from the 1st time - you know the white man all look same to us :3oops:

Fried Rice is selling his $$$

Hi Galenrock,

Nice to meet with you. Of course i see you come from a no-place city so have not heard about our great and ongoing rise (almost as fast as the tower blocks that suround me :doh )

Actually my own home city was also kind of no-place city but now is very dynamic place. I think I fly over Iowa when i visit USA - lots of mooing cows, right ?

Fried Rice loves beef

Baby!
Great to see you back Fried. This place has been really boring without you and the old crowd, hence I've hardly been on. No longer see good people like Anomaly, Contrarion, Naughty Nurse etc. Even dear Fantasia's gone (I hear he's getting over an abortion) and I think ludahai's barricading himself in awaiting the mainland liberation troops.

Great thread. We witness the beginning of the end. All mighty imperial civilisations come to an end (Roman, Greek, Ottoman) and now the imperialist USA is finished. They need to get over it.

Your return has made my day!
:2wave:

Dear Urethra,

I see you are still horny

Yes I actually spend lot of time in USA and i think they are now a dejected lot, i see real sense of loss and direction. Its not dynamic you can say. So many places there now learning Mandarin (but less Cantonese) - its funny to see but at least they are trying to keep up with power shifts.

Fried Rice is happy to meet you again!

If the US is on its way out, and China on its way in, then I say good luck to you.

Good luck dealing with the jealousy of every other nation, and the arbitrary stigmas that will be on your people.

Good luck trying to solve the world's problems when the world cannot solve them itself.

Good luck dealing with the ridiculous amount of immigrants that will soon be flooding in

Good luck maintaining a steady drive when bi-partisan disagreements grind your political agenda to a halt (oh wait, I forgot your government is "socialist", in that case, good luck when the impoverished revolt)

If you don't think that China is up to those challenges, then they are not becoming the next superpower

Hi PolySciGuy,

Thanks for your thoughtful comments.

We have always been very powerful here in Asia and dont have the jealousy you mention. We build strong connections in the region and dont impose our will (too much:roll: ) on others. So we allow Taiwan to claim it is "true China" and make noises about independance, we allow Hong Kong and Macau to prosper and maintain their "western identity".

We already solve your Korean issue, we dont have terrorism, we are active in Iran and other so called "hot spots". Dont you think many of these places have problems as USA is the root cause ???

We actually have very strong borders but do have some internal immigrant problems as people try to move to the eastern sea area where there is more development. our government is making many steps to help on this.

We have long and stable government and there is no threat to that. There is no impovish class. Government makes many new policies to support the farms and inland regions. We dont leave our people to die in the cold, of hunger or in typhoons (hurricanes) like USA.

Fried Rice is Proud Of China

*cough* Tibet *cough*

Have you had a typhoon in recent memory?

Like Iraq? Surely there'll be less problems without the US bullyboying its way around.

Yep, just like we "bullyboyed" Hitler (I know Europeans did most of the fighting and dying, but it really wasn't our problem, and we tipped the scales in Europe's favor)

Hi PolyGuy,

We take good care of the Tibet peoples and dont make them live in poverty and ignore there situation.

You are right we get many Typhoon a year here, but we are well prepared and take good care of te people affected - dont leave them to die on streets like your "3rd world country".

Apology to any 3rd World Country that offended that USA is called same as them :3oops:

Hi Galenrok

Your message was about as accurate as our Government Press !!! I found it quite funny to read.

So all the American compaines setting up offices here, begging to do business here, moving from USA to here is because USA is stronger than China ?

I agree with you that part of our rise has been ability to do the business with countries like USA, EU etc but we are also fast developing oue internal markets as we move away from 100% reliance on cheap exports to yoru Walmarts etc.

The RMB value is artifical (as you seem to be in currency business you wil know this) and many Asian countries link their valuation to US$. I would say in a way US$ is more powerful than USA itself (i hope you can get my meaning).

As for our natural disaters - we do have many and on an annual basis so its not a problem for us to deal with this at national level (though of course is bad for the people directly affected). I cant see headline that "China economy collaspes after flood" unless its in your Iowa / China Daily News !!

Fried Rice finds China Press Boring :doh

Riiiight, you just kill them yourselves and call it a "great leap forward".

China has no business acting superior to anyone.

A few years of pumping out Walmart **** and stealing intellectual property and they think they are a player.

Hi Voidwar,

Well we learnt all about exploitaiton from USA !

Freid Rice hates Walmart ****

Actually no, you did not. Your Various Chinese Dynasty emperors knew all about exploitation long before 1492, let alone 1776.

Do you know how the labor for the Wall was acquired ? One man in three, across the empire. Taken by force and worked to death.

By the way, pal, I been there and seen it. I been to Hong Kong.

I got the real scoop on China from folks working in Hong Kong, the british built, greatest port of your whole nation, and they overcame great obstacles to live under British Law rather than your mainland's.

LOL like China can afford to export food LOL

Your rice probably comes from California or the South right now.

Yep, just like we "bullyboyed" Hitler (I know Europeans did most of the fighting and dying, but it really wasn't our problem, and we tipped the scales in Europe's favor)

You waited for Pearl Harbour.
You didn't really care that Jews and others were being exterminated until your own territory was affected.

You waited for Pearl Harbour.

The U.S. geared up production and initiated lend-lease long before this.

Cutting off the oil for Japan's war machine is what instigated Pearl Harbor.

You didn't really care that Jews and others were being exterminated until your own territory was affected.

Name someone who did or tell me why this is at all relevant.
I don't recall you saving the Jews either, so what the hell is your point ?

This is the second thread in a row where I've noticed you expecting governments / nations to "care". Naive and foolish. "Caring" is not government's job, and government cannot actually accomplish it anyway. Caring is what parents do, or best friends. Caring is human to human and based on the history of their interaction.

I'm not the one bragging about having "saved" Europe. That's my point.

That's where you and I differ. Communities can care. Government can be devolved down to those communities. Having lived in a socialist society that worked, I've lived it and seen it, and I still believe it. One thing we DO agree on is that caring is human to human. If you're government isn't human, then you have no chance, as we saw so sadly after Katrina.

If you're government isn't human, then you have no chance, as we saw so sadly after Katrina.

This is deliberately misconstruing.
Human is a noun in my statement, not an adjective. A Collective entity like a government is expressly NOT a human, and thus CANNOT "care".

Katrina.

please.

Did you know their local levee commission owned a lear jet and a casino ?

You know whose job it was to build a levee higher than Lake Ponchartrain ? ? ?

The idiots who wanted to live underneath it.

Sry, I know too much about New Orleans to be bothered by this tactic.

And I know too much about the English language, even if it isn't my native tongue, to be fooled by a tactic like this. Capitalism produces government which is far from human (take that how you like gramatically) and what was stripped bare by Katrina was the stark failure of inhuman capitalism - that in the "richest" economy in the world such poverty can exist. Shame it took a huricaine to expose it.

BBC NEWS | Business | Share sale knocks Chinese market

LOLOLOL.

Our stock market drops 4%, yours drops 9%.

So go on, keep hitting us like that :2rofll: we'll still be standing when you've got nothing. Hope your economy keeps going strong like that.

Oh btw, thanks for letting us know the true feelings from China. I just decided to reject an entire Chinese company from our business because of their crap-*** quality. Shees, they couldn't even provide a crankcase for our compressors that aren't dotted with numerous pin-holes in the casting. What really did the trick, though, was hearing their engineers try to explain to me that providing a crankcase material that didn't meet our Brinell Hardness Number spec was "ok". Nope, it's not ok. If you can't meet our print, we ain't gonna use your crap, because it's garbage. If you want to sell to us, meet the spec we provide or stop wasting my time. Even crap that I have to check out from India doesn't have these flaws in their castings, and meets basic material specs. I don't feel bad about it at all.

Hi Acepylut,

How hypocritical that you say "no personal" attacks but seems all you are capable of !! Perhaps you where sold crap as that matches your personality !! or maybe you got exactly what you "cheaply" paid for.

Shanghai fall was fueled by talk of tax to slow down growth, USA fall (still ongoing) fuled by talk of recession. I prefer the Shanghai fall any day !!

Fried Rice is going 'tut tut'

You can't take away people's ability to choose poverty.

They have that freedom in the U.S.

And those you mention certainly spent a lifetime choosing it.
