China criticizes US isolation of North Korea-linked Macau bank

Beijing - China on Thursday criticized a US decision to ban all transactions with a Macau-based bank that is accused of handling illicit North Korean funds linked to money laundering, drug trafficking and counterfeit currency. "We express deep regret that the United States is insisting on using US domestic law to apply a ruling on Banco Delta Asia," Foreign Ministry spokesman Qin Gang told reporters.

So, Beijing's upset that their buddies in P'yongyang will have to find another outlet for its dirty fake money! Shows where China's TRUE loyalties are!

As for using US domestic law to sanction Banco Delta Asia, someone please tell the ChiComs that the U.S. government has every right to prevent American banks from dealing with a criminal regime.
