I guess Singapore had an unfair advantage over China too. It's one of the smallest, but also one of the most prosperous countries in the world. The poor old communist countries always got a raw deal. (Sad Face) Boo Hoo Hoo Hoo. (It's advantage was being originally run by the English.) Yeah, Damn Capitalists.
