China and Germany heading for superpower status as U.S. influence wanes, says Putin

Abstaining =/= Blocking

At least in English.

ab·stain
/əbˈstān/

formally decline to vote either for or against a proposal or motion.
You get your history timeline figured out yet?

;)

Gee, productivity in the bombed out wasteland dropped? Who would have thought? Not the Russians, who couldn’t care in the slightest as they happily hauled off everything that wasn’t nailed to the ground.

And changed that after 1955 since what they hauled off was worthless and rotted away.

Yes we did. It was german scientist ardenne who gave them the bomb.

And im proud for that. It broke the american monopoly on this weapon.

In 1953, before his return to Germany, he was awarded a Stalin Prize, first class, for contributions to the atomic bomb project;
Cant do that for Germany. We wont let you. You cant be trusted.

But we take care of our children

Why would Hitler invade Poland?

Because of the WW1 defeat that cost a lot of land with a lot of Germans on it. And that he was a lunatic.

And even if they weren't to attack Germany directly, would you simply sit by and watch him take over Ukraine, or Poland?

Why would he attack Ukraine or Poland?

Well... Don't assume everyone today is perfectly rational either.

Why would he attack Ukraine or Poland?

He's already attacked Ukraine. Both were former Russian lands to some extent or another.

Regardless, answer the question. Exactly how far would Russia have to push for you to abandon your ridiculous pacifism?

No, they changed it because they figured it would give their pet German regime some extra legitimacy. All the loot they hauled off was quite useful in helping rebuild all the damage caused.

No it wasnt. It rottet away, was mostly incompatible.

It was more than good enough for Russian purposes, and German whining about being forced to work got nothing more than a thoughtful boot to the face.

Putin is not as smart as he pretends to be. In many cases his "genious moves" has just put Russia in a weaker situation than before. German influence is too depending on a functioning EU, though he's right about PRC increasing their sphere of interest, depite Trump's trade war. My guess is Putin want to butter up Merkel because she has had a hard view on Russia lately due to their involvement in saving Lukashenka in Belarus as well as well as the attempt of Navalany's life. This has led to several EU countries including Germany putting breaks on Nordstream 2 (Merkel wants Nordstream 2 too much to completely block it, her play seem to be to delay it until the current badwill blows over).

Assad is a murderer and need to just leave Syria already.

The russian purpose was that it rottet away because they couldnt use it. And nobody worked. People simply walked away to the West. Thats why the wall was build and pressure lowered, because Situation was uncontroleable

Citation for the machinery being unusable?

Of course Putin is right about China. It looks like China just stole the US President with the help of their fascist plutocratic business partners.

The Russian purpose was that they wanted to help their German puppet regime gain more legitimacy. They could have easily continued looting anything which wasn’t nailed down and then coming back with crowbars for the latter, but they decided that after a decade or so of hammering the point home Germans were too cowed to do anything dumb.....and they were right.

The Wall controlled the situation quite nicely, actually.

There is no alternative to Assad. Syria needs a brutal, non religious leader. Assad is just that.

The thing was that eastern Germany was the richest country in the warsaw pact. The USSR locked their soldiers in their army Posts. They were starving in there.

The wall controlled nothing. The pressure did constantly rise until it exploded and Honecker was washed away
