That's what is so funny about the trumpster's silly response. She has only left the GOP. She is STILL a Justice of the California Supreme Court.

And given her gutsy decision, she might be considered to the US Supreme Court by a democrat president or a more sensible republican president (unlike the current one who is an absolute douchebag).

The only people who didn't want a proper investigation into Dr Ford's allegations were trump, the republicans and Kavanaugh. When the Democrats take over the House next month, they COULD and SHOULD re-open the investigation into Kavanaugh's alleged sexual assaults.

I just googled the process. It’s actually both. CA justices are nominated by the governor, but have to be re-elected every 12 years. Cantil-Sakauye is up for re-election in 2022.

"Due Process" is a process for legal courts, but not in the court of public opinion, that is based on persuasion, and there, Kavanaugh failed miserably.

Though I concur on the douche part, methinks Mueller has a contingency plan to prevent a Trump pardon, or one would hope. I think it will be something like Pence being forced to step down, as well, owing to his complicity during the Transition phase, helping Flynn in the prevarication department, and so forth.

No one really knows. But, thinking about it, .... hmmmmm, President Pelosi?

I remember when people were kidding and using 'President Ford?' with the question mark, joking about it, little did they know it was to actually happen.

Ya never know.


I don't know if I'm all for a Pelosi presidency but it would be sweet ironic revenge for repubs giving us Trump.
