Maybe even worse than that, the CDC, I think may still be part of the Coast Guard.Looks like there's gonna be at least two job openings in the Federal government, both at the CDC.

I don't know that firing these two is justified or even possible. What did they do wrong? I don't know that this is any more punishable than if they had sent a couple of emails back and forth concerning plans for the weekend.Looks like there's gonna be at least two job openings in the Federal government, both at the CDC.

The article doesn't claim that either is a PHS officer. How are you so sure? They are part of the Uniformed Services of the Federal Government. They made "disparaging" remarks regarding the Commander-In-Chief using official communications.
They're gone.

CDC official called Obama
Is Obama really a Marxist? There are many talks about him being a marxist but what exactly makes him a communist? He looks like a typical leftist in my opinion (though original communists were lefties too). Is there even any difference between liberals and communists (in its original sense). Communists were striving for total equality and refusal of the traditional way of life. Leftists are doing the same thing.
It's certainly true that you can be a PHS officer and work at the CDC, but not required. I checked briefly and the analyst job is advertised to the general public (though a PHS officer may apply). The guy with the logistics position, however, seems likely to be an officer, and therefore subject to ucmj as you said. There are seven groups that are part of the Uniformed Services of The United States.
1) US Army
2) US Navy
3) US Marine Corps
4) US Air Force
5) US Coast Guard
6) National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), and
7) US Public Health Service (National Institutes of Health and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention)
Other than NOAA, they have all been around for a long time, including the US PHS:
U.S. Department of Health and Human Services - Commissioned Corps of the U.S. Public Health Service
Look, I hope they are not going to get fired - I agree with them... to a point. But, given the vindictive and hateful way the administration has treated others that do not agree with them, I would doubt that they are safe.

Are all emails between individuals using their given accounts considered "official communications?" The ucmj shouldn't apply for a purely private conversation, and I know that the army, at least, allows use of official email for personal communications, so long as they are very short.
lol.... no.
Anyone who says so, or who classifies Obama as a "socialist," are utterly clueless.
However, I'm not surprised that bureaucrats are not all fans of Obama or his policies. Civil servants are mostly lifers, so their opinions aren't going to change based on who is President.
That said: If the worst thing Judicial Watch can find in 3000 emails is two civil servants taking cheap shots at the President, then I doubt they've got anything remotely substantial. While I support transparency, I also support pointing out that JW is basically full of it.
He is. He has no loyalty to America. Marxists believe in no borders.CDC official called Obama

Marxists believe in no borders.
So do Christians.
Essentially Christianity is a one world ideology, yes, but you won't see many Christians who've even thought about it.
Marxism/thought police/political correctness -whatever you want call them- are very vocal about open borders.
Another thing is, Christianity is one world for reasons of inclusiveness. Marxism is one world for reasons exploitative.
Indeed. He undermined American society more than any other president with his Obamacore and Obamacare. Maybe he is not a communist but he definitely turns America into a totalitarian liberal-controlled state.A Marxist? Maybe.
The biggest domestic terrorist this country has ever seen? Absolutely!

Yes, it is surely the economic structure of a fascist state. However we have implemented many socialist policies. America is turning into a strange mix of corporate capitalism, socialist welfare system and liberal fascist ideology. This isn't socialism or communism, it's corporate capitalism. It's the economic structure of a fascist state.
