Following a covid outbreak at a meat processing plant, the CDC issued a bulletin on actions to be taken. The next day it was retracted & a watered-down version released instead. This video is the Rachel Maddow MSNBC show from last night where they had obtained copies of both bulletins.

The watering-down was apparently the result of meat industry lobbyists groups exerting pressure on the Agriculture Dept & the CDC.

we get it, Trump is on everyone to make believe the virus is none existent.

Trust in American institutions is a memory.

The CDC is a rogue federal agency that's in full opposition to anything Trump says or does. He's not responsible for the silly things they're saying in regard to the covid19.

I think this is Trumpian politics. After all, shortly after he issued an order that meat plants stay open. No pressure from the WH?
