Problems, by definition, are that which impede our direct path to accomplishments and success. They are obstacles towards the fulfillment of our necessities, desires, and contentment.
One of our biggest roadblocks is our lack of foresight in anticipating the curves and turns within our life journey's path. We lack experience and learn on the job.
In today's culture, people are lacking the critical thinking skills needed to sensibly identify problems in priority. Much of this is because our increased tech knowledge to manipulate nature's resources has left us with a lightspeed transition from analog to the digital nature of information. In other words, our social skills have not kept up evolutionary progress with our tech skills. And it's starting to show in our ability to support and handle the logistics of such a large population with limited resources.
Hopefully, the planet can be become more unified on basic rights, and look less for someone to blame for problems. The only real blame is NOT learning from our mistakes.
The cause of problems is 'change' and the solution 'adaptation.' We adapt and transition from one moment to the next, the best we can in life. And if we're smart, we don't worry too much about that which we cannot change and appreciate that which we do have.
A majority of our worrying does nothing positive for the outcomes over many of our problems, we simply need reevaluation, realistic expectations, cooperation, and forbearance to work through them.
