If the fighting continues at it's current level, by November 2008, our troops will have suffered an additional 2000 deaths and 15,000-18,000 wounded. It is a virtual certainty that US combat forces will be withdrawn shortly after the next president takes office. Given that, I wonder if anyone still believes that this would be a worth while sacrifice or a wise policy?​

Actually Blackwater USA has around 50K "fighting" contractors now. Wouldn't it be a riot to see that number increased drastically when/if the US army goes home? When the neocons administration tells you that there is 150K US troops in Iraq, as usual it is a lie......But what's new?! I would love to see Blackwater, Haliburton and few American oil companies's board of directors be in charge of runing Iraq. Lets freedom ring.......cha-ching! :mrgreen:
