Latest installed from start or shortly after. Some have said they reverted to previous firmware with success, but have had a few weeks and established connection just 2-3 days ago. So not thinking it's that.We had an issue with ours (I forget which Flashforge it is off the top of my head) and it needed a firmware update?
Once we did that, it has been better about staying connected to wifi.
Maybe something to check?
Sorry can’t be more helpful…still learning
Have tried to look for such in both 'networks', but no.As a experiment can you get to your T-mobile router and temporarily turn off your 5 GHz WiFi line?
I was going to suggest something along this line.As a experiment can you get to your T-mobile router and temporarily turn off your 5 GHz WiFi line?
Oh, I just thought of another possibility.Getting irritating. Recently upgraded to a Creality K1C printer, and at first, found on my network and connected just fine.
Happy with unit, but not the wifi.
Have searched and searched, tried 'solutions',... sometimes connect, most times not.(seems this an issue for many)
Have T-Mobile internet with Google mesh wifi system, so could use the T-mobile or the Google connection, and have.
Both support 2.4 and 5 ghz, and printer states it goes over the 2.4.
No issues if connecting through Creality Cloud to phone or tablet, but local wifi to PC, nada.
Tried DHCP reservations within router, static IP(PC and unit on same connection, and scan or manually add through Creality software-not found), restart both and make connections in different orders, factory reset unit, firewall....
Any ideas on something I may be missing? Can't sort this, it will be going back and exchanged for something else.
I too have had so much trouble with 2.4 only devices. I've done the same thing. All cheap WiFi gadgets are always 2.4 only. The OP sounds like it might be a distance/location thing but he's got one of these mesh things which I don't have. I would suggest that he turn off goggle mesh and see how that works but there's a point where the 'cure' is worse than the symptoms and the rest of your network quits working.I was going to suggest something along this line.
I have devices on my network that use 2.4. Some don't have a problem connecting, but others won't connect at all (not hit or miss) if both 2.4 and 5 are enabled on my router. When that happens, I go into the router settings, disable the 5 ghz, then I can connect the 2.4 device. After that, I'll go back into the router and re-enable 5 ghz and everything works as it should.
But, since the OP says it's hit and miss I don't know if that'll be a good solution to his problem.
I do not know about 3D printers, but I would never use Wi-Fi with my CNC machine.Getting irritating. Recently upgraded to a Creality K1C printer, and at first, found on my network and connected just fine.

Going to have to check. Slicer software for old one had wifi capability but never attempted to use wifi after I had TM/Google setup. Was wonky.Oh, I just thought of another possibility.
When you installed the drivers/software for your new printer, did you completely uninstall the drivers/software for your old printer? If you didn't, you could be running into conflicts.
Definitely not a signal issue. Strong network through home, full bars PC and printer.I too have had so much trouble with 2.4 only devices. I've done the same thing. I would hardwire back to my main, but they didn't give me a freakin jack!I do not know about 3D printers, but I would never use Wi-Fi with my CNC machine.
Cheap bastards.I would hardwire back to my main, but they didn't give me a freakin jack!
