I say no, at least not while it is as easy as it is to re-program the Machine.
With 90% of votes being cast using this machine, I believe that there will be so many electins where fraud will be suggested that any semblance of a fair election will simply fly out the window.
If these machines are to be used then they should have been made as foolproof as possible, prior to the election, anything less smacks of manipulation.
Perhaps it is not possible for an American manufactured machine to be foolproof?
