Does Joe Biden care about struggling Americans who are watching their paychecks disappear at the pump?

On CNN, such a question was put to Biden advisor Brian Deese.

Brian’s answer wasn’t exactly reassuring. In fact, one might call it terrifying.

Anchor Victor Blackwell spoke for a lot of Americans when he asked about punishing gas prices amid unmerciful inflation:

According to Brian, you’ll have to grin and bear it. There are more important things than your family’s needs:

So what is the Liberal World Order??
You are assuming of course that any US President has a great deal of control over domestic gas prices, they don't.
Also the argument might have some basis if not for the fact that worldwide gas prices have increased.
Of the industrialized nations of the world the US still has, by a wide margin, the lowest gas prices.
Biden has done what a President can do, released national reserves, increases federal permits, and recently ordered a temporary removal of the federal fuel tax.

Inflation is also a worldwide problem caused by the rapid increase in demand coming out of the worldwide pandemic and the continuing supply issues facing manufacturers around the world. There is no short term fix.

No.

That isn't what the term liberal world order means.

This is:

Hmm… OK.

…today they are struggling to address new sources of disorder, such as climate change…

The real question you have to ask yourself is what the GOP and/or conservatives going to do? They are real good at getting power, but their only governing principle seems to be taxes. Scott gave us the ideas that the GOP has for after they regain power. They are going to cut or eliminate Medicare and Social Security and increase taxes n the middle class and the poor. Somehow i do not see those ideas solving any of our present or future problems.

Yep, thus the demorats will likely do well in the 2022 mid-term elections. ;)
Even if the Dems get the majority of votes, with gerrymandering they can not win. In my state for the state legislature, the dems got about 55% of the overall votes for legislative positions, but got less than 5% of the seats. One man one vote, bullshit

Nobody's eliminating SS or Medicare. FCOL stop with the fear tactics. And don't bother bother linking to some stupid shit some lw site said that Scott said.
"As we said, Scott has not outlined how he would change Social Security and Medicare, and whether that might include a reduction in benefits. But he has not advocated eliminating the programs entirely."

He has not and most assuredly no serious Republican has. So stop the freakin lying, will ya?

Review the proposals in the BBB legislative package and the problems they were responsive to? The facts indicate you're crying crocodile tears. All of it killed by those you are carrying water for, ironically, on the eve of the "forced birth era," in states of lowest average adult education levels!

In April 2021, the Biden administration announced details of the American Families Plan (AFP).
