Can a sitting president be indicted, Ken Starr thought so!

The idea that a sitting president can not be indicted is only based on the DOJ. It seems that back when the GOP was investigating Clinton, at least Ken Starr thought you could indict a sitting president for serious crimes not tied to his Presidential duties. I guess like usual the indictment of a president in office depends on which party the president belongs to.

I believe Ken Star - a devout republican - now believes you CANNOT indict a sitting president. Funny how the republicans always change their tunes when it is one of their own committing the crimes.
