I was just on another board talking about Mark Penn's comment about Obama needing an event similar to the OK City bombing to help his presidency and Dylan Ratigan's comment that we need a revolution and maybe a violent one.

These women went bat crazy saying that I was calling for a violent revolution and that no one should EVER repeat what Mark Penn said because repeating it is just as bad.

Quoting someone is the same as agreeing with it now?

We can't quote people who say horrific things because that makes us just as bad??

Well, I just lost all respect for Mark Penn. Wishing harm on people for political purposes is just plain wrong and inexcusable. In fact, the whole point of politics is to help people, so that makes it even worse.
