(Reuters) - A Republican U.S. representative of Utah who is trailing her Democratic challenger filed a lawsuit on Wednesday seeking to halt vote counting while two incumbent Republican congressmen in California and New Jersey conceded, more than a week after the U.S. midterm elections.

At least two other congressional races were resolved in Democrats’ favor on Wednesday. In California, Republican Representative Jeff Denham, who represents a district east of San Jose, conceded to Democrat Josh Harder in a statement.

In New Jersey, Republican Representative Tom MacArthur, who represents a district in the southern part of the state, conceded to Democrat Andy Kim.

More white caps on that Blue Wave that Republicans insist is just imaginary.

Living in the Phila-S Jersey TV market, the anti-Kim ads were so frequent & nasty that they became funny to watch. The Repubs must have spent a media fortune to keep MacArthur's seat, but his pro-tax cut, anti-ACA positions just didn't cut it with the people he represents. They in turn gave him what he deserved: the boot.

Democratic candidates have a mystical ability to 'find votes' after the polls have closed.

Nah. It's just taking the appropriate time to accurately count all the votes to make sure they're counted.

Something you apparently hate to its core.
