California Becomes Second State to Introduce Bush Impeachment

Re: Bush Impeachment more real than WMD's in Iraq

That's BS. If one indictment sticks, then that person was guilty of at least that. If they're not guilty, then 100 indictments wouldn't stick. You make it sound like they're being framed or something.
I could have sworn we were talking about the United States. In my civics class, we were taught that people here weren't guilty until declared so by a judge and/or jury.

NOTE: An indictment has nothing to do with guilt or innocence.

Who says its just liberals who want him impeached? Anyone with a conscience, or an understanding of constitutional law would suffice...

If you know anything about federal law you know that to impeach a president he has to have committed a crime or a misdemeanor.........President Bush has done neither............

You're right. But I assumed that when they said an indictment "sticks," that means it leads to a conviction. Which implies they were guilty. So if 1 out of 100 indictments "sticks," then they were guilty of at least that crime. Assuming they got a fair trial, etc.
