How dirty will politics become, not only for these the Mid-Terms but also for the Presidential elections in 2008.
Do you think it about time that American electorate demanded a change in the way this system has become a playground for the wealthy and to hell with those whose lives it is supposed to administer?
And is it likely that any change will occur?

There are the 'usual,' common scandals, like the sex scandals, the money grabs, etc. But then there are problems like what Nguyen's office did (supposedly without his knowledge) where the election process itself is subverted. Seems like a worse problem to me. Part of the political culture of both parties these days. The penalties for the behavior of these people is not severe enough and not handed down often enough.
