CA gets smacked down again for an unconstitutional law (ammo background check)

You don't debate. Stop kidding yourself.

Seems you don't know the laws.
Another case of you dishonestly quoting me. Let’s try this again.

My first post:

Yup, looks like I know the laws in PA since I quoted them.
You (@poppopfox) won’t get into trouble since I have been kind enough to inform you of relevant PA law.

Think of it as a public service announcement. Now that @poppopfox has been advised of the laws in PA, he won’t inadvertently get into trouble trying to buy a handgun at a flea market since he has previously said that is where he buys his long guns (maybe he thinks he would not pass a 4473 at an FFL for some reason).

No dishonesty lest it is on your part.

PA law says there are no private sales of handguns at flea markets. You are ignorant of the laws
You lie. I've never said such a thing, and I have never "bought" a long gun. Post where I confided such.
You are one very dishonest poster. Seems that is the only way you know how to debate. Gun nutters gotta nutter it seems.

Blast from the past. Guess who: Fwiw, after Waco and Ruby Ridge I purchased an SKS...

I quoted the law and gave you advice.

So, who was the @poppopfox who posted about buying a long gun. ( BTW, a long gun is a rifle or shotgun like an SKS).

You are one very dishonest poster. Seems that is the only way you know how to debate. Gun nutters gotta nutter it seems.
Looks like someone has been caught in a lie. So, who is the very dishonest poster?

Didn't ask for advice.

Had to go way back to dig that up. Congratulations.

Still you.
Watching you embarrass yourself in thread after thread never stops getting old.

Let’s see if you can come up with anything better then your stupid pretend Buddha BS.

What does that matter? You were lying then or lying now, and it was unequivocally proven. What's funny is you were caught in the midst of accusing someone else of lying on that count. What would Buddha say about such shenanigans?

Still you.

You are confused and/or deliberately twisting the truth to suit your needs. My claim was that persons can buy long guns at flea markets w/o a background check in PA. Now, I enjoy browsing at flea markets but have never bought a long gun at one. Archery equipment yes, firearms no.

So where did you buy the SKS that you denied buying (and you didn’t qualify that denial)?

You lie. I've never said such a thing, and I have never "bought" a long gun. Post where I confided such.
The only who has been caught in lies in this thread is you, @poppopfox.

At a flea market?

I can see it actually, if you have something of sufficient value to exchange.

I really want to see him try to say that bartering and purchasing are really the same thing, as they both are nothing more than exchanges of value. Because if that is his position, then why would he have denied buying it? He's caught in a lie either way he goes.

It will also further reflect badly on his claim of his superior compassion demonstrated by his donating time rather than someone else who only donated money.

Well, at least you stayed away from the Remington “Bucket of Bullets”. That stuff was shit.
Some of the worst ammo I have ever used (it was cheap) was Bitterroot Valley Ammunition(BVAC)....never again.

Reloads from Freedom Ammo. When I chambered a round (5.56 55 grain), the bullet would come out of the brass and lodge in the rifling. And the powder would get everywhere. No crimp at all. Not fun when you are on the clock in a match.

Reactions: Bum

I had the same issue with .45 reloads and keyholes in the targets about 1 in every five rounds at 30 feet....no bueno.

My .22 ammo came in a 500 round brick. 10 boxes of 50 rounds each. I didn't usually spring for SuperX though. I bought loss leaders at Walmart and the tractor stores like WW Wildcats. I think Federal Thunderbolt was my favorite. Any of those went for $9.99 a brick.
