Measures up for legislative vote:

1). Required back ground check and fee for every ammo purchase after buying a license to buy ammo,
2). Ban on possession of any magazine over 10 rnds. Yes that means the Feds too haha only state LE exempt.
3). Ban on possession of any rifle with detachable magazine that is semi auto. Grand fathering permitted with a new registration and fee (tax) and it can never be transferred. You die it burns in a govt incenorator.
4). No mail order ammo period.

What comes to CA comes to the nation. Get ready for it.

FYI....I am now a legal resident of Nevada :)

Honestly, any politician that votes yeah on that should be removed from office on constitutional grounds, and those laws should be considered null and void.

Outrageous.

You die it burns in a govt incenorator.

That's not true, if you die they'll give it to Mexicans.

Most of the country is not ****ed up like California, so that will not happen. If anything California is a case example in this country of why don't cave to anti-2nd amendment trash.

I am not dreaming. Most of the country is not ran by anti-2nd amendment trash. Thanks to the UK,Australia and a few other anti-gun countries, a handful of anti-2nd amendment states and the Brady bill we 2nd amendment advocates have learned to be very wary of anti-2nd amendment trash at the local and federal level.

One just has to look at this anti-2nd amendment site's state rankings to see that California and other extreme anti-2nd amendment states are in the minority.

No he is right. Lots of dumb things CA has done has never left the state. I am certain a few states that are already anti-gun may follow suit, and that's about it.

I am so glad I live in Florida with all it's issues.

The reason you guys in free states need to be concerned is simple. Once these are "deemed" legal by the courts they grow like little wild fires. You may think you have all the brush cleared when a tall pine catches fire and crashes right over the brush into your house.

CA is only one of the lousy states for gun rights, NJ another, and the list is growing not decreasing. Colorado, Mass, NY etc etc. You do realize that is two of the largest congressional contingencies in the country right. I feel great about the current House protecting our rights at the federal level - but that changes. I am not comfortable with our courts at all - if they allow these restrictions in CA they can allow them anywhere.

These ###### libs in California are pushing it to the limits.
The fight was lost when assault rifles were banned in 1987, utterly gutting the entire purpose of the second amendment. The People are not going to push back on this in any real way, so enjoy your toys while you have them. I give it 20 years tops for a UK-style total ban.

I'm not so sure yet. Most of the douchebags calling for gun control are the old guard Democrats like Schumer, Feinswine, Reid, etc. I would say Obama is probably the youngest of the jerkoffs calling for it, young Democrats follow the Bill Clinton mentality that it is a huge loser for the party. Once the old guard dies off I think a lot of their BS gets stricken from the record like the Hughes amendment and I base that on pressure of the newer, less sure, and less savvy, younger jackasses. That's no reason to take the pressure off though, they should have heart attack levels of stress any time they suggest any more gun control.

I was not aware that everybody in California had been neutered. If this actually passes the Consumers (because they sure as hell are not citizens) of California will have given up on any hope of living in liberty. It is unfathomable to me that politicians could convince the people to give up their weapons without even a whimper by simply signing a piece of paper. You people are a disgrace to the country.
